COVERABLE sells premium vehicle covers for cars, bikes, and scooters across India. All product images are representative; actual product colour and texture may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments via:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)

Online prepaid orders receive an instant discount (as shown at checkout). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with your order ID. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or incorrect information. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product received is defective or damaged
• Wrong product or wrong size delivered
• Product does not match the description

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Products with removed tags or packaging
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via:

4. Refund Process

• Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
• COD orders: Refund will be transferred via UPI/bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchange

If you received a wrong-sized cover, we will ship the correct size at no extra cost. Contact us with your order details and vehicle information.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery. For prepaid cancelled orders, refund is processed within 5-7 business days.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India including major cities, towns, and rural areas.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders (no minimum order value)
• COD orders may have an additional COD handling fee as shown at checkout

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply. For COD orders, the order will be cancelled automatically after 2 failed delivery attempts.
