Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Coverable Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Coverable Affiliate Program allows registered affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to Coverable.shop through unique referral links. Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Coverable reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Qualifying Products

All products listed on Coverable.shop are eligible for affiliate commission, including car covers, bike covers, and scooty covers.

3.2 Commission Calculation

• Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping charges, and discounts).
• Commissions are tracked in real-time and reflected in your affiliate dashboard.
• Commission status transitions: Pending → Earned → Paid.

3.3 Commission Approval

• Commissions move to "Earned" status only after the order is delivered and the return/refund period (7 days) has passed.
• If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the associated commission will be reversed.

4. Referral Tracking

• Referrals are tracked using unique referral links containing your affiliate code.
• We use a first-click attribution model with a 5-day cookie window.
• The first affiliate whose link the customer clicks receives the commission.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are not permitted and may result in account termination.

5. Payouts

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum payout threshold is ₹500. You must accumulate at least ₹500 in earned commissions before requesting a withdrawal.

5.2 Payment Method

Payouts are processed via UPI transfer to the UPI ID registered in your affiliate account settings. It is your responsibility to ensure correct payment details.

5.3 Processing Time

Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. Coverable reserves the right to delay or withhold payments pending fraud review.

5.4 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your affiliate earnings. Coverable does not withhold taxes on affiliate commissions.

6. Promotional Guidelines

6.1 Permitted Activities

• Sharing referral links on social media, blogs, websites, and messaging apps.
• Creating honest reviews and content about Coverable products.
• Using Coverable-provided marketing materials and product descriptions.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Spam: Mass unsolicited messages, emails, or comments containing referral links.
• Paid advertising: Running paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) that directly bid on "Coverable" brand keywords without prior written approval.
• Misleading claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about products, pricing, or the affiliate program.
• Incentivized clicks: Offering rewards, cashback, or incentives to people for clicking your link or using it to purchase.
• Cookie stuffing: Using hidden iframes, pop-ups, or scripts to forcefully set referral cookies.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting yourself as a Coverable employee, official representative, or partner.
• Self-referrals: Purchasing products through your own referral link.

7. Intellectual Property

The "Coverable" name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of Coverable.shop. You may use the Coverable name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting products through the affiliate program. You may not modify the logo or use it in a misleading manner.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.
• Coverable may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, any pending commissions under ₹500 will be forfeited. Earned commissions above ₹500 will be paid out within 30 days.
• You must remove all referral links and Coverable marketing materials from your platforms within 7 days of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coverable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions in your account at the time of the claim.

10. Modifications

Coverable reserves the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
